I would certainly hope that our Economic Developer has learned not to take very seriously anything anyone from that group has to say . In particular, if Projects Plus consulting, LLC wants to develop an ethanol plant, the first comment should be "Show me the money!!!" And the second should be, "And by the way the ever so sweet $1.6 M land deal that the North Eastern Partnership and your predecessors snookered us into is off the table!!".
